rets Reconstruction	(	type	qinit,
		type	Tobs,
		type	Tutilises,
		type	nb_iter,
		type	seuil
	)

Compute the articular position qrec which correspond to the observed tags Tobs.

Parameters:

	qinit	(float vector, size NDOF) initial articular position
	Tobs	(float matrix, size = size(Tutilises) x 3) observed tags coordinates
	Tutilises	(int vector, size = variable, < NTAGS_INIT + 1) observed tags
	nb_iter	(int) maximal number of iterations in optimization
	seuil	(float) treshold in the optimization

Returns:

qrec (float vector, size = NDOF) articular position

info (int) information about optimization method
